Is alcohol allowed at the venue?

Alcohol is permitted only through a licensed bartender or catering service. You’ll need to provide proof of their license and let us know before your celebration.

Alcohol must be kept inside your celebration room and is not permitted on the porch area outside the venue.

Outside alcohol is not allowed.

How early can I arrive to set up for my party?

You can arrive 45 minutes before the start time of your party to set up. Keep in mind that we provide tables, chairs, paper products, table cloths, and balloons.
 

Can I bring my own decorations?

Yes, you can! We provide paper products, table cloths, and table balloons. You are welcome to bring extra decor if you wish!
 

Do you do decorating?

We provide table balloon décor and tablecloths, all set up for you when you arrive. 🎈🎉

You can also choose an add-on balloon garland and rental services to make your party extra special.

At this time, we do not provide setup for additional outside decorations.

When do I need to be out of the venue?
To ensure we can prepare the space for the next group, we kindly ask that all guests depart promptly at the scheduled end time of your party. Please make sure all personal belongings and supplies are removed from the venue by that time as well. Thank you for your cooperation!

 

What is required upon leaving after my event?
We handle general cleanup, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and taking out the trash! We just ask that you place all trash in the provided trash cans before leaving, clean up any confetti, remove any tape from the walls, and take any additional décor with you.

Do the inflatables have an age limit/weight limit?

We do not have an age limit, as parents sometimes like to attend with their children; however, we do have a 500-1200lb total weight limit per unit.

DON'T FORGET!
HERE IS A LIST OF COMMONLY FORGOTTEN ITEMS: 

  • Something to cut and serve your cake if needed

  • Candles (and a lighter or matches!)

  • Power strips for food tables if you have more than two crockpots

  • Food storage containers or foil for leftover food

  • Tape, scissors, string, or safety pins if you are setting up extra decor. Please keep in mind that we do have magnets on hand for hanging banners on walls.
